Joint Replacements

Our Joint Replacements service offers expert surgical and non‑surgical management for patients with end‑stage arthritis, avascular necrosis, congenital deformities and post‑traumatic joint degeneration. We specialise in hip, knee and shoulder arthroplasty, utilising the latest generation of prosthetic implants—cemented, uncemented and hybrid—selected on a patient‑specific basis. Pre‑operative planning involves 3D imaging and, where indicated, computer‑assisted or robotic guidance to enhance implant positioning and alignment. Post‑operative care is delivered by a dedicated team of orthopaedic nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, who implement accelerated rehabilitation protocols to restore mobility, strengthen the peri‑articular musculature and promote independence in activities of daily living. Long‑term follow‑up includes gait analysis, patient‑reported outcome measures and, when necessary, component surveillance to ensure sustained function and implant longevity. Our tailored approach aims to relieve pain, correct deformity and significantly improve overall quality of life.
